Technology has undoubtedly revolutionized the way we connect. For couples separated by miles, video calls and instant messaging serve as lifelines, allowing partners to share daily experiences and maintain emotional bonds. Shared activities like streaming movies or online gaming can also foster closeness. However, the same technology that connects us can also create chasms. 

Social Media: The Third Wheel in Your Relationship

Imagine this: you’re on a romantic date, but instead of gazing into each other’s eyes, you’re both glued to your screens, scrolling through curated snapshots of other people’s lives. Social media platforms, designed to connect us, often serve as distractions, pulling attention away from our partners.

Moreover, the constant comparison to others’ highlight reels can breed dissatisfaction. When we see friends or influencers showcasing seemingly perfect relationships, it’s easy to question our own, leading to unnecessary tension.
